The focus for the strategic partner organisation is to support the outcomes, objectives and deliverables as projects move through specifying, procuring and into delivery. Flexibility and the ability to change and respond within the programme management environment will therefore be key. It is vital that the successful partner has the ability turn strategy and plans into operational reality, pulling on significant resources to support the requirements and areas outlined above and mobilise a team at pace. The ability to scale up and down and provide programme management expertise is key. The tender has two objectives. To specify, procure and deliver Temporary Accommodation and Support Schemes. To design, establish and implement a Private Rented Sector Accommodation Service / Lettings Agency, that administers, offers, and provides permanent accommodation.
