Consumables are to be included. During the period of the Contract the number of buildings may be added or reduced. The contract may involve TUPE of approximately 130 employees. Estimated value of this contract is 9 000 000 GBP to 12 000 000 GBP. The Contract period is for 5 years with an option to extend for a further period of 1 year at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority.",
