Key Services will be: -Preliminary Market Engagement. -Develop and Prepare Developer Tender Pack and assessment criteria -Support administration of process, scoring and evaluation. - Provide Franking Valuation (if required) - Support during legal process of contract award. - Ongoing Liaison with selected developer partner and monitoring of the partners development proposal to ensure they are in line with agreed strategy.
