This may include projects in the following sectors but not limited to:-- education including schools, colleges and universities, housing (including low, medium and high-rise), health and social care, sports, leisure and recreation, museums, art galleries, libraries, blue light, transport, infrastructure and public realm, recycling and waste centres, industrial, office, administrative and commercial buildings. The main areas of activity may comprise of individual construction related projects or programmes including new build, extensions, improvements, renovations, reinstatement, repairs, mechanical, electrical, services and infrastructure works and may also include design and other services as required to develop and construct the works. The framework will consist of two lots as follows: o Lot 1 - The delivery of works generally from ?250k - ?5m o Lot 2 - The delivery of works generally from ?5m, with no upper threshold The CWM Framework Agreement with Contractor Partners will initially be for a duration of 4 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
