Installation of replacement extract fan to the 4th floor kitchen ventilation system 2. Replacement emergency drench shower to the 9th floor roof 3. Planned maintenance works to the variable air volume boxes to the first-floor delegate's lounge 4. Installation of fire dampers to the basement HV rooms.
