The Council is procuring a new Children and Young People's Health and Wellbeing service to provide the borough's 5-19 public health nursing service, delivering the Healthy Child Programme and incorporating sexual health and substance misuse prevention and treatment services for this age group. It is formed from the merging of two existing contracts: 1) School health and wellbeing service (school nursing) and 2) Integrated young people's health and wellbeing service (Safe East). The service model comprises three service areas, described in work to date as 'Lots'.",
