The current income system covers multiple payment channels as listed below: Face to Face, including chip and pin and contactless, at over 50 outlets around the city; Mediated telephone payments (MOTO) at our contact centre(s); Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) telephone payments line; Internet Payments; Central payments portal; 3rd party application integration; E-forms (Firmstep) integration; External (e-commerce); Internal (MOTO); National portal integrations.
