The objectives of the service is: * Brand articulation and brand expressions, which helps the student, frame their experience. Effective brand communication and activation can transform the student experience. * Upskill the UCL Accommodation team on student experience and support with embedding student experience within UCL Accommodation as a department. * To create a positive, unique, recognisable and consistent experience for our students. Overview The successful tenderer will be required to: * Support the development and implementation of UCL Accommodation's brand, communication and student experience strategy to meet set objectives. * Provide branding, content, creative design, communications, video production, student experience and student engagement activation resource, to be drawn up as and when required. * Maintain all existing collateral and build on this as and when required. * Display meaningful understanding of the subject matter/agenda in which UCL and UCL Accommodation operates and the challenges in the area of student experience. * Provide evidence of previous experience in delivering such an integrated service within the Higher Education Institution (HEI) sector. * Be conversant with restriction/requirements set by UCL and its student community.
