The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 23rd Aug 2018 and will continue for a period of 12 weeks with no option to extend unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of Contract. The Council is offering the requirement under 2 lots. Lot 1 for the Junior School element and Lot 2 for the Infant School element. Note that due to budgetary constraints the council reserves the right not to award the entire contract. This may result in a more limited value and therefore each element needs to be priced so that windows can be excluded as a value engineering exercise at the discretion of Medway Council.",
