Ensuring that data is available to internal users to make evidence-based decisions. Intervention - supporting the department to intervene in failing schools, academies and or academy trusts. Free Schools Programme - Enabling the creation of good new Free Schools in areas of need. SEND - The SEND programme supports the achievement of the third group priority. It is based on two strands of work - the development and maintenance of the SEND Framework / toolkit and the delivery of the digital elements of the Delivering Better Value (DBV) major project. Each of these programmes may raise requirements relating to the DDaT GDS Job Families Digital, Data and Technology Profession Capability Framework - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk). There is a possibility that the portfolio may expand with additional services/programmes/projects required in addition to the above.",
