The key activity of this ITT was to establish a Northern Hub to work closely with the University of Portsmouth as the Southern Hub, to recruit 100 service leavers to the programme and to provide support for service leavers to secure employment. The two delivery hubs, Northern and Southern together had a combined service leaver recruitment target of 210 service leavers on programme and in employment in the FE sector by July 2020.",
