Redwing's subsidiary is McDonald Property Rentals Limited, a lettings agency in Lancashire. M&Y Maintenance and Construction Limited is a direct subsidiary of Regenda Homes and is the repairs and maintenance provider. The legal services broadly cover Governance & Strategy, HR, Property Matters, Tenancy Matters including Leasehold, Supported Housing and Development. The framework will run for 3 years with a possible extension of a further 1 year. This procurement has been carried out in-line the requirements of the light touch regime.",
