Leonardo UK Ltd were responsible for the original development and maintenance of this software in conjunction with the Defensive Aides Suite (DAS) installed on multiple platforms. The Authority has determined this single source contract is excluded from Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011 under Regulation 7(1)(a) in conjunction with Regulation 6(3A) (a). Leonardo UK Ltd are the only supplier with the necessary technical knowledge and experience to provide the required maintenance, technical support and post-design services to the HORUS software.",
