At the heart of LLWR's mission is the provision of services that provide alternative options to waste producers to preserve Repository capacity. The Waste Services Contract (WSC) allows Customers to access LLWR's suite of Waste and Logistic Services. LLWR has procured a 4-year framework agreement with 6 suppliers for a range of radioactive waste characterisation needs. The estimated value is PS14m over 4 years, although the agreement is formally zero-value with no spend guaranteed. The framework will be for use by organisations that either currently hold, or may in future enter into, a WSC with LLWR. These organisations that either currently hold, or may in future enter into, a WSC with LLWR, include private sector bodies, plus public sector bodies that fall into one or more of the following categories: 1.
