This investment is required to protect the National Highway System from claims arising from incidents on company business or during operational duties. These are claims that may arise from road traffic collisions and other incidents during the journey itself that cause damage to a third-party vehicle or property. The contract length will be 3-years with an option to extend for a further year. This has been determined an appropriate length to achieve value for money.",
