Any organisation able to access this Contract will be referred to in the documentation as a Contracting Authority. South Tyneside Homes and South Tyneside Council wish to establish a framework agreement for the supply and installation of Timber and metal fencing and gates. STH & STC Reserve the right to award each lot to separate contractors. The Repairs and Maintenance works will be on an ad hoc basis. It is envisaged there will be a maximum of 5 suppliers appointed to the framework per lot dependent on the number and quality of bids received. Works with a value in excess of PS50,000 will be subject to a mini competition whereby all the given lot suppliers will be invited Tenders will only be accepted via the NEPO portal: https://procontract.due-north.com",
