To work with Buckinghamshire County Council (BCC) to migrate all BAL data from BCC systems over to the Provider's including moving from an Oracle instance of ebs hosted by BCC to a SQL instance of ebs hosted by the provider. c. To provide a consultant MIS management for BAL in order to manage all of BAL's ILR data on behalf of the Council.",
