This included both Social Care Placements and Youth Support Service placements, including former Supporting People accommodation and support. SCC entered into a Framework on 1 st April 2013 with a number of providers. The Framework was intended to be 're-opened' mid-way through to ensure new entrants to the market would also have the opportunity to bid.
