The entire facility is classed as Commercial Standard Cat D. This is a Design & Build contract with a RIBA 3 design being completed for novation/development for RIBA 4. Those that meet the criteria of this initial phase will be invited to participate in a final competition. Deadlines for expressions of interest are the 18th August.
