On occasion the Council may have requirements outside these months. Quality Requirements: Biomass Wood chips must meet the following specification: * Conform to EN14961-1 P45A * Chip size to be between 8mm and 45mm, less than or equal to 8% to be composed of fines and within the course fraction less than 6% shall exceed 63 mm, and a maximum of 3.5 % shall exceed 100 mm none shall exceed 120mm * Moisture content to be less than 30%",
