        "description": "The provision of Health and Safety Training Bolsover District Council and North East Derbyshire District Councils wish to jointly procure a suite of Health & Safety training courses. These will be delivered across three years on a 1+1+1 basis. Each Council will have a budget of ?8,000 per annum - totalling ?16,000pa - and these will be controlled centrally by the Joint Health & Safety Service.
