We intend to migrate more and more services and we expect the resident portal to be our primary digital platform. The portal will closely integrate with NHT's existing WordPress website and be driven by Microsoft Dynamics 365. The portal will need to be innovative and developed to be future proof. The contract value is an estimate for the first phase of development.
