In order to maintain the property stock in good condition it is necessary to undertake repairs and maintenance as appropriate. Norwich City Council has a requirement for the installation of additional or renewed insulation to lofts and cavities across our housing stock where necessary. This installation is designed to reduce tenant fuel bills, prevent mould growth and condensation, reduce the carbon footprint of the properties and also increase property SAP scores.",
