The area has been vacant for some time and the plots that the houses and gardens occupied have become overgrown. The client requires the successful Tenderer to demolish the three properties down to the underside of foundations, clear the site of all trees, vegetation and topsoil to a depth of 150mm, the works shall also include removing and disposing of the existing hoardings and securing the site with new demolition grade hoarding and the protection to the party walls of adjoining properties.",
