Agree a set of procedures with the MoJ that will review and test the 21 sets of CRC financial information (FST4) and prepare interim reports for each CRC and a summary report that consolidates the findings for all 21 CRCs. To review and test the CRC forecasts for Completeness, Accuracy, Validity and Reasonableness given the current operating context.
