The valuer will advise on any issues/concerns arising from that inspection and also have a good knowledge of the local housing market and of all types of defective housing types. Where required (and not on every occasion but on request) the valuer shall also provide a full EPC certificate where the inspection for that function shall be at the same time as the valuation survey on a one appointment basis.
