The service will include grass cutting and edge trimming for up to 50 properties, between April and October annually, with a minimum frequency of 1 cut per month at 4 weekly intervals. The contractor will dispose of the cuttings in the tenant's own garden waste bin, the contractor is not required to dispose of it externally in any other way.",
