The Outcome Specification: The Appointed Contractor will provide a door replacement service with the capability of replacing circa 2000 to 2400 doors over the 4 year contract timeframe. The Contractor will provide our housing tenants with excellent customer service and offer a range of GRP door finishes that are fit for purpose, provide proportionate security features and fully meet UK fire safety and smoke leakage resistance.",
