Service types will include information and advice, community support and hospital discharge or admission avoidance support where services support the agenda of the Care Act 2014 to reduce, prevent and delay the need for care and support. We are holding a Virtual Supplier Event via ZOOM on Monday 20th July 2020 with two slots available 11am and 2pm, Additional information: Max 1 person per organisation. Event on 20th July and will be held at the following time slots for 45-60 mins 11am and 2pm After registering via sourcedogg portal please log as a question including name of person attending and timeslot preferred. we will send out an invite/link for the virtual meeting. The session will consist of a presentation and providers to ask initial questions which will be collated and circulated with responses following the event .",
