        "description": "Arden & GEM CSU on behalf of Wolverhampton CCG sought expressions of interest from suitably qualified providers for a Community Eyecare service. The service has been commissioned using the Any Qualified Provider process. The qualification period for the AQP accreditation will be for 3 years from the 1st September 2017 with an option to extend for a further 2 years. The CCG may open up additional qualification rounds during the contract period. Should there be any geographical areas within the CCG area where further choice of provider is required; the CCG reserves the right to limit the next accreditation round to specific geographical areas only. Please see the attachments area for full description of service and tariffs. Specifications are available in Bravo. Additional information: HOW TO APPLY i) Register on the portal at https://ardengemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk (registration and use of the website is free of charge). ii)Once registered, express interest by: a) logging-in to the AGEMCSU eTendering portal, b)selecting response to advert and ITT, (Project_731) c) select Open Access ITT, (ITT_715) d) search for and access ITT Community Eyecare services AQP and view details, e) click on Express Interest link. iii) Once you have expressed interest, access the My ITTs page where you can download documentation & construct your reply as instructed.
