        "description": "The works to be provided under this contract include the following: To record video data continuously (24 hours per day 7 days per week) for 28 days and provide the footage to Highways England in a digital format within one week of the end of the survey period. The contractor is required to review all data capture and identify any unusual traffic movements, conflicts or issues; record the date, time and brief description in an Excel spreadsheet and produce short extract video clips from both cameras at that site showing the event.
