This provider must be able to demonstrate through evaluation and performance, the effectiveness of their service to this cohort of young people. This service must join up and coordinate its services Cambridgeshire's and Peterborough mental health system. This includes the YOUnited Partnership services (See section 13 Partnerships). This service should also be a driver for mental health system learning.",
