This is also important to enable administrative efficiencies and improvements. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded by the end of 2022 and the system will have been implemented for a 'go live' date of 28 March 2023. The contract will be for three years with the option to extend for three years, and then for two years and then a further two years (3+3+2+2). Therefore, if all extensions were taken to extend the full length of the contract would be ten years if extended at each Break.",
