It is also anticipated that emhhomes maintenance departments could utilise this framework for a variety of surveying services. It's essential that framework partners have considerable experience and knowledge working on new build social housing projects and understand the mechanism of how our business operates in relation to funding, documentation requirements and timescales. Its expected that our framework partners have corporate membership of relevant professional bodies to suit services provided i.e. RICS, CIBSE, CIOB, CIH, RIBA, AECB, ICOW etc. Delivery structure is expected to reflect the variety of qualification and skills required for the tasks detailed above, along with appropriate range of seniorities.
