In achieve this goal, we require: *A deeper understanding of cultural nuances (i.e. perceptions, awareness and attitudes) of those from ethnically diverse communities, and *Clear, actionable recommendations for the changes (i.e. practical steps) we can make as an organisation for the short, medium and long term that can feed into the British Library's strategy and 2024 business planning. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.",
