The provisional Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on Monday 11 April 2022. The Contract will be awarded for a period of 1 year and 11 weeks until 30th June 2023. The date of 30th June is the estimated completion date for the work but is subject to the completion and approval of the DFS and the application for further HNDU funding for the DPD stage. The Council is procuring this Contract following a mini competition tender process using Framework RM3824 Heat Networks and Electricity Generation Assets (HELGA) Lot 1: Energy Advisory, Design & Technical Services in line with the UK Public Contract Regulations 2015 and the Council's Procurement Code.",
