The Framework shall commence on 1st July 2019 and, subject to satisfactory performance, shall continue up to and including 30th June 2023 (\"the Framework Period\"). The Framework is available on a national basis to any public sector organisation within the United Kingdom. Three (3 of the appointed providers will be required to have the capacity to provide the service to any public sector organisation within the London area, including all London Boroughs, One (1) of the providers will be required to have the capacity to provide the service on a national basis.",
