The concession holder shall operate catering services in the Greenwich Pavilion Cafe, St Mary's Lodge Cafe, Wolfe Statue Kiosk, Playground Kiosk and Flower Garden Kiosk on an exclusive basis. Our aim is for the cafes and kiosks to provide food and beverage standards befitting of this world class environment whilst remaining relevant to the local communities within which they sit. The Concession Holder shall deliver a high quality food and beverage service that integrates with the local community whilst also servicing the tourist visitor. It is expected that the operator will have extensive experience of managing a year-round kiosk operation where unplanned fluctuations in business caused by weather or other factors is fully understood.",
