The Contractor will need to detail how they will raise and/or deploy the capital/funding required and provide loans to borrowers under the PRS Housing Guarantee scheme, together with the policies and procedures they will adopt. Additional information: The licence has been modified to extend the duration for a further 12 months until 31 December 2018.
