At the present time there is a presumption that academic staff are housed in single person offices in the range of 9.5m2 to 12m2 per person with postdoctoral research or teaching fellows and postgraduate research students house in collocated shared offices. Administrative support staff are generally located in mixed accommodation with some senior staff in single person offices but the greater proportion of staff are located in open plan accommodation. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.",
