One service visit to each authorized property to be carried out within the dates indicated in accordance with the specification. The quotation should also show percentage increase should the contract be extended for a further twelve months. The contract term is for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year then a further 1 year dependent on performance. This opportunity is an open tender.
