The duration of the Contract is two core years, with the option to extend the Contract by up to a further two years, year on year to 30th September 2022. The first two years funding is committed and the further two years is discretionary, dependent on funding confirmation and LEP satisfaction with the delivery of the Contract up to that point. National funding is expected from 2020 for two years, but the amount will be dependent on spending review results nearer the time.
