The proposed work includes: Structural changes to the main entrance of the building, a raised viewing terrace overlooking the pitch, installation of an external lift, additional windows, window enlargements, replacement floodlit 3G football pitch and adjacent multi use games area, new toilets, showers and changing facilities, refurbished kitchen area/cafe and equipment, new gym area, general external and internal redecoration, new signage & internal/external lighting. There is a maximum budget of PS1,250,000 for the works.",
