Invoices will be sent to our national office in Swindon but payment information will also be provided to territory offices. The nature of our business requires a seasonal approach to service delivery and quality. A variable collection schedule will be required to reflect the number of visitors to the individual attractions and the amount of cash requiring collection. The Service provider will need to provide service excellence against agreed service schedules.
