Sefton Council is proposing to appoint a Contractor who has a significant and proven workingknowledge of delivering this type of maintenance Contract and who can demonstrate a proven track-record of delivering quality services in a non-adversarial manner. Sefton Council places a high importance on qualityand as a result, bidders are requested to accompany their tender with a Quality Submission in accordance withthis specification. Information will be requested which demonstrates the Contractor's previous experience insuccessfully delivering services of this nature. Please note the contract value of PS30,000,000 is based on all listed Local Authorities awarding a contract. However please note for Sefton MBC only, the anticipated spend on this Contract is likely to be between PS300,000 to PS800,000 per annum.",
