The scope of works includes roof removal, parapet wall, structural underpinning, installation of Air Source Heating solution, new kitchen and bathroom installation, electrical rewiring, rendering, tanking, drainage repairs, replacement of linings and new doors. The scope of works is an outline only and is not intended to be a detailed schedule of all works involved or a detailed specification.
