This exercise is to inform a forthcoming tender opportunity for the Passivhaus Pilot Design and Build Construction. How Can your Organisation Get Involved? The Council wants to ensure that any procurement and contract award relating to the provision of these construction services is done so with as much consideration to market research as possible. The Council views this as a critical factor in delivering its aspirations in an informed manner and for ensuring the construction project achieves value for public money within the required timeframe.
