The appointed Consultant shall provide a hazard assessment, a property survey providing recommendations on the preferred PFR measures. This should be in collaboration with the Lot 2 Contractor on development of the PFR Programme This scope fulfils the requirements of the PFR Code of Practice standard 1 (Hazard assessment), standard 2 (Property survey) and steps 1-4 of standard 3 (Options development and design) This scope should be read in conjunction with the PFR Code of Practice and Property Flood Resilience Minimum Technical Requirements (MTR).",
