This involves segmentation and modernisation throughout to provide both public services accommodation and private commercial office accommodation within a modernised building to current market standards A programme of decorative finishes, repair and modernisation has been identified covering suspended ceiling, lighting upgrade (LED), full redecoration, joinery works and floor covering renewals internally along with maintenance works including window maintenance/renewal and render redecoration externally.",
