        "description": "The Council is seeking a contractor to meet its material reprocessing requirements for recyclable paper, card / cardboard, and mixed soft plastics arising at Warwickshire County Council Managed Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs), of which there are currently 8. The number of HWRCs (Collection Points) to be serviced may increase or decrease over the life of the contract. For the avoidance of doubt, the Council is expecting to receive an income from the sale of these materials. Additional information: The procurement process will be run electronically using the Authority's tendering portal. https://in-tendhost.co.uk/csw-jets/aspx/Home Registration onto the portal is free and all relevant documentation will be available to bidders.
